Who is responsible

What you send us through the contact form

Your name, company, work email, the service you are interested in, your message and any files you attach. We use them only to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on that project. The form is delivered to our team by email through our hosting provider, Hostinger. We do not sell this information or share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Company-level website analytics (Leadinfo)

We use the lead generation service provided by Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, The Netherlands, which recognizes visits of companies to our website based on IP addresses and shows us related publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies (_li_id, kept for two years, and _li_ses, for the current session) for providing transparency on how our visitors use our website, and the tool processes domains from provided form inputs to correlate IP addresses with companies and to enhance its services. For additional information, please visit www.leadinfo.com. On www.leadinfo.com/en/opt-out you have an opt-out option. In the event of an opt-out, your data will no longer be used by Leadinfo.

If you visit from Europe, Leadinfo only runs after you accept it in the notice at the bottom of the page. Everywhere else it runs by default and you can decline it at any time.

Fonts

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page opens.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use (your ARCO rights under Mexican law, and the equivalent rights under the GDPR if you are in Europe). Write to the address above and we will answer within the legal deadlines.
